You are now the owner of a quality product from Bracken Paving. We strive to deliver a high standard of workmanship and customer
satisfaction while staying competitive in our marketplace. Bracken Paving hereby warrants that this pavement will be free from installation
and material defects for a period of two years from the date of application subject to the warranty limitations and warranty conditions set
out herein. Industry standards dictate installation and material defects.
The foregoing warranties are subject to the following conditions:
For all warranties to be valid, all work must be paid in full and the Bracken Paving warranty registration must be forwarded within
thirty (30) days of application of pavement to Bracken Paving. The Bracken Paving warranty does not cover damage caused by impact or
exposure or contact with any foreign substance or other mistreatment of paved surface such as but not limited to:

These are acts of nature and can cause any pavement to crack, raise or settle. Bracken Paving will not be liable for these conditions. If cracks appear, filling is not necessary unless cracks exceed 1/8" in width. Cracks should then be cleaned and filled with a rubberized crack filler before each seal coating application.
1. Do not spin tire or turn steering wheel of a stationary vehicle on fresh pavement or on a very hot day.
2. Clean up gas and oil spills as soon as possible after occurance. Dilute with soap and water.
3. Avoid any activities which could result in gouging of the surface such as jacks (including wheel jacks), kick stands, lawn furniture, etc.
4. Backfill edges of drive after thirty (30) days to avoid erosion and add support.
5. Sealcoat drive anytime after six (6) months to one (1) year and every three (3) to five (5) years thereafter using a quality coal tar
emulsion product.
