This past Tuesday, one of your paving teams came to pave my driveway at #### XXXXXXXXX, Kingsport. My experience with Bracken Paving has been a positive one from the day that Mark Roberts came to give me an estimate, to the day after my driveway was completed when Mark followed up to see if I was happy with the job.
My decision to use Bracken Paving was based completely on the fact that I had seen the Bracken trucks around for years, and often in my neighborhood. After visiting your website today and reading about your commitment to quality and customer service, I can see now why your employees operate the way they do.
Here's what impressed me about your team:
- Mark showed up to give me an estimate when he said he would (not all companies are as dependable).
- Mark gave me an estimate of when the work would be done (the week of April 10), but Bracken actually got the job done a week early.
- Enoch was very attentive to my questions and concerns about how the pavement would be sloped and how it would be finished along the foundation of my house. After discussing the options with him, I asked him to do the job as though this was his house...and I believe he did.
- Once the work started the team worked hard and steady, each team member seemed to know exactly what to do next. Enoch seems to be a very good leader!
- The team was very courteous and friendly to me, and they showed great respect for my property and my neighbor's property.
- Mark even showed up at one point just to see how it was going.
- The finished product is beautiful!
