How long will it take to pave my driveway?
It will vary depending on the size of the project. For example, a 2500
sq ft job will take approximately 2 hours to grade and 1 hour to pave.
A 7000 sq ft job will take approximately 4 hours to grade and 2 hours
to pave. Grading and paving are not necessarily done on the same day.
How long should I wait to use the driveway/parking lot after it has been paved?
We recommend a minimum of 24 hours. However, this could vary depending
on the particular job and outside temperatures. Our pavement

outside of the general 24 hour period.

Your driveway should be sealed between 6 months and 1 year from the
date of its initial installation. Then you should seal it every 3 to 5
years as needed.
Why do you use 2 inches of asphalt on a resurface job?
Through our experience anything less than 2 inches, cracking is more
likely to appear. We apply approximately 1/2 inch leveling course in
order to fill in gaps and bond to existing asphalt. The additional
1-1/2 inch is applied as the final coat.
